New Mold Release Agent for Hoses and other Rubber Parts Made using Mandrels
 Mold Release Agent EZR 341 is a water based, dilutable release specifically formulated for rubber products manufactured on mandrels. One key feature of this release agent is the smooth, dry feel on the inside of the finished part. While many manufacturers must rinse rubber hoses to remove release agent residue, EZR 341 was designed not to have to be rinsed, saving time and resources. EZR 341 streamlines the manufacturing of smooth, defect free rubber parts by delivering excellent release with good slip. This release agent can be used at temperatures of 300º F or higher and delivers consistent release with very little build-up on the mold surface. The low VOC content in this water based product minimizes environmental reporting requirements. EZR 341 is a versatile, robust release agent, effective with a wide range of natural and synthetic rubbers.
