New Mold Release Agent
For Low Gloss Automotive Interior Components
A new water based mold release agent specifically formulated for “Low Gloss” in-mold-painted applications is now available from Huron Technologies Inc. of Leslie, MI.

The new mold Release Coating 7307 gives excellent performance in the manufacturing of automotive interior components.

Molded surfaces have uniform, low gloss appearance over the entire surface area. The part surface is further enhanced with a “dry surface feel” that adds to the luxurious appearance and feel. The Release Coating 7307 improves “scuff and mar” surface characteristics. The release agent is effective and efficient at spray outputs up to 180 grams per minute. Free samples are provided for testing. The Release Coating 7307 is available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
